Hypnosis

Hypnosis has long been associated with the strange and mysterious, with side shows and faith healers; yet hypnosis isn’t mysterious or supernatural and we all have been in a hypnotic state literally thousands of times. You didn’t notice because it is such a natural state of mind.

Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis for the treatment and relief of a variety of somatic and psychological symptoms.

It is an altered state of awareness that allows you to tap into different energy levels.

By taking the subject into a trance-like state it helps to enhance the state of awareness, which allows the client to concentrate on the hypnotist’s voice.

As the conscious mind becomes suppressed the subconscious mind is revealed at which point the therapist can suggest new ideas, concepts and lifestyle adaptations.

Patterns of thinking and behaviour can be altered to bring empowerment and life improvements.
