Emotional Freedom Techniques

Is a simple yet remarkable effective technique of defusing emotional issues. It works on a variety of health issues, psychological problems, and performance issues.

By tapping with the fingertips on a short series of acupressure points it will clear any imbalance and blockages in the flow of energy through the meridian system.

Most imbalances can be partially or completely relieved within a short time using this process, for others the process may need to be repeated a few more times.
